As everything began. Yury Almazov. I will not tell about the biography, I will tell only that Yury Anatolyevich Nadyktov (i.e. I) was born on September 8, 1969 in the city of Omsk. Though everywhere it is specified that I was born in Chita, I did not know why. In the street there was a cold, Siberian March, 1993, I played the drums at restaurant «Siberian fires». Population’s money sharply came to an end in the country, respectively they came to an end for us, musicians, we lived with a salary of 90 rubles, so to speak, singing songs which were called for by visitors for money (in musical language it is called "Parnassus" or "Grain" for whom it is convenient). If these lines being read with somebody from a youth I want to explain at once that except swindlers – bandits, pushers and other criminal persons simple people usually went to restaurant: workers of plants, various enterprises, doctors and even it happens that students come. There was such time. Generally "Grain" came to an end, what to do? My friend Vitalik Yakovenko comes to the restaurant in one of the evenings and speaks that in Omsk the first casino with the strange name "Balero" opens and that it is possible to try to perform in it because I manage to sing M. Shufutinsky's songs well. I agreed without hesitation, as at that time Vitalik had the most "tough guy" american keys with programming. He quickly recorded backup of the most popular songs of M. Shufutinsky and we performed at the casino. Where we were offered the contract on 240 rubles monthly. The first evening he asked: "How should I present you?”. I answered: «As you wish. Though Kazimir Almazov». And finally we were presented to guests as Yury Almazov. From this moment Almazov was born. In a week I earned four monthly salaries for one night. The management of the casino offered me to record the songs which I execute for a film and 600 dollars allocated for it, plus 600 dollars for a radio microphone, and 400 dollars for voice processing. We, together with Vitalik as today's "honest" actors came to Moscow and bought for 400 rubles microphone, for 300 processing. The rest of money I was proud to put in the pocket. What should be talked about the first records, generally they consisted of A. Rosenbaum's songs which at that time I still loved and respected. Also there were some criminal songs were performed, authors of which were unknown. We invited the best guitarists of the city, saxophonist Vitya Vinitskiy (now he lives in Israel), fine saxophonist and someone else, whom I didn’t not remember. And we produced the whole album. It was pleasant to the casino management, especially to the owner, the director of any commercial bank Radik Akopyan who asked me all the time to record the song «A fate of the thieves», by the way I would afford easy retreat which at that time very much amused me – in the casino human resources department I was shown his work record book where the last record noticed that companion Akopyan worked as a tractor operator in the village. Wow! So passed 1993, ended 1994, revelry of "bulls" with shaven head began in the casino; they divided the territory and those who had no money ceased to go to our place. For us there was a big holiday when in a hall 5-6 people sat, instead of 150-200 people. I present these figures for you to understand, what lawlessness and decline reigned in that time of troubles.
